Key Performance Parameters and Quality Requirements

Quantitative (gram weight): The weight per unit area of paper (g/m²). The higher the weight, the thicker the paper, the better the stiffness of the paper cup, and the more solid the hand feel.
PE coating amount: The weight of PE coating per unit area (g/m²). The coating amount directly affects the leak proof performance. Hot beverage cups typically require a higher coating amount.
Stiffness: The ability of paper to resist bending. A paper cup with insufficient stiffness will feel "soft and limp" when held in your hand.
Whiteness and Cleanliness: Used for food contact, it must comply with relevant national standards (such as Chinese GB 4806.8), and the use of fluorescent whitening agents is not allowed.
Splicing quality: The seams between the fan-shaped pieces must be firm and flat. If the seam breaks on the paper cup machine or forms obvious weak points on the side wall of the paper cup, it will cause production interruption or product failure.
Microbial limit: It must comply with food safety standards to ensure sterility or microbial content is within a safe range.
