Flexographic printing utilizes flexible plates and fast-drying water-based inks, which better adapt to the coated surface of PLA, preventing issues like poor ink adhesion or coating damage. In contrast, offset printing employs higher-viscosity inks that may cause coating peeling or uneven printing, making it less compatible.
